Learned counsel for the Applicant invited my attention to the order dated 17/12/2020. The applicant' s bail application was withdrawn unconditionally and, therefore, there is no scope to argue on merits. The Applicant is in custody since 09/06/2020. 2.

Learned APP, on instructions, states that the matter is placed for framing of Charges on 07/09/2022 and the prosecution intends to examine at the most 20 witnesses, therefore, directions can be issued to the learned trial Court to complete the trial within a period of one year from today.
