This is an application for extension of time stipulated in the order dated 21/09/2015 for filing written statement. 3.

Mr.D'Cruz submitted that by order dated 21/09/2015 passed by this Court (Coram : R.M.Savant, J.) in Writ Petition No. 5566 of 2015, the applicants herein were permitted to file written statement within a period of 4 weeks from the date of the order. The period of 4 weeks expired on 19/10/2015. The applicants declared written statement on 20/10/2015 and lodged with the trial Court on 21/10/2015. He, therefore, seeks extension of time stipulated in the 1/2

56.caw.3161.15.doc order dated 21/09/2015. Mr.D'Cruz states that he has served copy of this application on the other side. However, none appears for the respondents.

In view thereof, and for the reasons stated in the application, time stipulated in the order dated 21/09/2015 for filing the written statement is extended up and inclusive 26/10/2015 and the learned trial Judge shall take on record the written statement of the applicants. All the parties including the learned trial Judge shall act upon authenticated copy of this order.
