This is an application for restoration of Criminal Appeal No.651 of 2017 which was dismissed for want of prosecution as fresh and correct address of respondent no.1 was not furnished by the applicant/appellant.

2-APPA-1717-2018.doc Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant/appellant. He submits that the applicant/appellant will serve the respondent no.1 by taking Hamdast as the respondent no.1 is residing in the very same address given in the cause title of the appeal.
In order to grant one more opportunity to the applicant/appellant, the application for restoration is allowed. Criminal Appeal No.651 of 2017 is restored to the file of this court.
