Mr. Khan, learned counsel holding for the advocate on record, at the outset, seeks time. The adjournment is opposed by learned APP. The petition is filed seeking direction to transfer the investigation of the FIR bearing CR/I/161/2014 registered with Nerul Police Station to Maharashtra State C.I.D.

Learned APP, having taken instructions, makes a statement that the subject FIR is investigated and "B" summary is already filed in 2015 before the concerned magistrate and the same is pending. In support of his submission, he has tendered "B" summary report. The same is taken on record.
