1] Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the Applicant is ready to deposit 50% of the compensation amount as awarded by the tribunal within two weeks from today and subject to that this Court may grant stay to the execution proceeding. 2] Considering that the Applicant is making a bonafide proposal, the execution of the decree is stayed subject to the Applicant depositing 50% amount of the compensation within two weeks from the date of this order and the remaining 50% amount within one month thereafter.
