2] The learned counsel for the Petitioners, on the basis of instructions from the Petitioners, seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh petition impugning the same order. This is because the petition makes reference to certain incorrect proceedings. This petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
