This is an application for setting aside the conditional order dated 28.08.2018 passed by the Registrar (Judicial-I) refusing registration of the Petition on account of failure to remove office objection.

Heard. For the reasons recorded in the application, application deserves to be allowed and same is accordingly allowed. The order passed by the Registrar (Judicial-I) refusing registration of the Writ Petition is quashed and set aside and Writ Petition is restored to its original file.

Petitioner shall remove all office objections within a period of Sneha Chavan 1/2
