The applicants were issued with a notice under section 41A of Cr.P.C in connection with CR. No. 639 of 2022 registered with Navghar Police Station Bhayander, Thane which invoke offences punishable under sections 498-A, 406, 323, 504, 506 read with 34 of IPC.

The learned counsel for the applicants state that all the applicants are residing outside Mumbai and in different parts of the country, he state that the applicants have every desire to render their co-operation in the investigation and the learned counsel make a categorical statement that all the applicants shall Ashish Mhaske

Upon their attendance, the Investigating Officer shall follow procedure prescribed under Section 41A of the Cr.P.C., and record reasons in writing in case he is desirous of effecting arrest of the Applicants.

The Investigating Officer shall also give advance notice of 72 hours in case he comes to the conclusion that custodial interrogation of the Applicants is necessary. 4.

Application is disposed off.
