Following order is passed by consent of the parties. a) The impugned order dated 20th December 2018 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Mumbai in Special Case No.66 of 2017 is quashed and set aside;

b) Both parties are permitted to file additional material, if any, in support of their case;

c) The learned Sessions Judge shall decide the application

d) Parties shall appear before the learned Designated Court on 29th March 2023.

In view of disposal of the criminal revision application, nothing survives in the interim application and the same stands disposed of accordingly.
