It appears that being aggrieved by the rejection of the application of the Petitioner for parole, this Petition was filed way back in the year 2014. Due to passage of time, it is not possible to consider the prayer of the Petitioner. Hence, the writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to agitate his grievance before the appropriate forum.
