P.C:- Heard the learned counsel appearing for both the parties. By keeping all points open, I am inclined to dispose of the present Writ Petition whereby, permitting the Petitioner to file appropriate Application for inspection of the documents/records of the Society referring to the Petitioner's account and the related documents pertaining to the Petitioner's case. The Application to be filed within a week. The concerned Respondents to consider the same in accordance with law, as early as, possible preferably within two weeks thereafter. Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of, with liberty. There shall be no order as to costs.
