The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Respondents are trying to construct a road on the land of the Petitioner without adhering to the acquisition proceedings. The learned Counsel for the Respondents, upon instructions of the Respondents, submits that Respondents would not carry out construction work without acquiring the property in accordance with law.

In view of the aforesaid statement, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
