By this Civil Application the applicant has prayed to bring the legal heirs of respondent no.2 namely (2a)-Aditi Jaykumar Bhoir (2b)-Sushmita Jaykumar Bhoir 2(c)-Mrunay Jaykumar Bhoir and 2 (d)-Shivani Jaykumar Bhoir on record. Respondent no.2 expired on 13 September 2015 during the pendency of the writ petition.

These are the only prayers. I have perused the Civil Application. It is in the interest of justice that the legal heirs of respondent no.2 are brought on record for effective adjudication of the lis. Civil Application is accordingly allowed in terms of prayer clause (b). No order as to costs. Amendment to be carried out within two weeks.
