Learned APP appearing for the respondent/State has tendered across the bar a report prepared and signed by the Superintendent of Kolhapur Central Prison, Kalamba, Kolhapur. The same is taken on record and marked '

X' for identification.

It is stated in the said report that on 06.05.2015, the petitioner has been released from jail on completion of sentence. 3.

The prayer of the petitioner in this petition is for reduction of fine amount. In view of the subsequent development i.e. petitioner is released from the jail, nothing further survives for consideration in the present writ petition. Hence, writ petition stands disposed of.
