Though the President of the General Kamgar Union, Zilla Parishad Solapur, has caused delay and has committed several lapses, because of which the Original Complaint as well as Restoration Application have been dismissed, I cannot allow the 138 ladies to suffer whose cause the President of the said Union was to espouse before the Court. In view thereof, the order dated 18th September, 2014 dismissing the Application No.6 of 2013 seeking restoration of Misc. Application No.1 of 2007 is set aside and the Misc. Application No.1 of 2007 is restored to file. The learned Industrial Court at Solapur shall dispose off Misc. Application No.1 of 2007 within a period of four weeks from the date of this order. The Industrial Court shall not grant any adjournment to the parties unless absolutely necessary. The parties SSP 1/2
