Heard the Learned Advocates appearing for the parties. The following order is passed, by consent :- (a) Hon'ble Mr. Justice Mohit Shah, former Chief Justice of this Court is appointed as the sole Arbitrator to decide the disputes between the parties arising out of the Letter of Intent dated 19 th September, 2014 and three purchase orders dated 7 th October, 2014.

(b) The disclosure of Hon'ble Mr. Justice Mohit Shah, former Chief Justice of this Court under Section 11(8) read with Section 12(1) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 as amended by Act No.3 of 2016 of the Arbitration and Conciliation (Amendment) Act, 2015 is taken on record. (c) The venue of arbitration shall be at Mumbai.
