Learned APP, on instructions from Additional Senior Jailor, Thane Central Prison, Thane submitted that the Petitioner has expired on 13th December, 2022. That the Petitioner had made complaint about illhealth and therefore he was examined by a Doctor attached to Thane Central Prison. Petitioner thereafter was referred to J. J. Hospital, Mumbai wherein he was declared dead before admission. That, a report under Section 174 of Cr.P.C. has been sent to the Learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 69th Court, Mazgaon, Mumbai in that behalf. He produced on record photocopy of the said report along with the nominal role of Petitioner. 2.
In view of the above, present petition has been infructitious and is accordingly disposed off.
