By the impugned order, the Executing Court rejected application filed by the decree holder seeking direction against judgment debtor Nos.3 & 4 to disclose property owned by judgment debtor Nos.3 & 4.

Learned Advocate for judgment debtor Nos.3 & 4 on instructions states that judgment debtor Nos.3 and 4 will file affidavit giving details of the property, if any, owned by judgment debtor Nos.3 & 4 before the Executing Court within three weeks from today.

In view of the said statement, nothing remains to be adjudicated in these writ petitions; hence, writ petitions stand disposed of.
