Heard. By this First Appeal, the Appellant challenges the judgment and award dated 08.09.2014 passed by the Railway Claims Tribunal, Mumbai in claim Application No.OA-649/2010 dismissing their claim petition for Rs.2 lacs.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Appellant and the impugned judgment and award following order is passed:
