The civil application seeks withdrawal of an amount deposited by the Petitioner in court in pursuance of an order passed by this Court. Since I am prepared to take up the petition expeditiously for hearing, there is no need to pass any order on the civil application. The civil application, accordingly, is disposed of.

The writ petition to come up for final hearing on 28 April 2016, high on board. In the meantime, Registrar General of this court is directed to invest the amount deposited by the Petitioner in fixed deposit of Nationalised bank within a period of one year and thereafter, renewable from time to time and to abide by the orders that may be passed by this court.
