Not on board. Taken up for hearing on motion made by the counsel for the applicants. The applicants have taken out an application for seeking extension of time for surrendering in terms of Judgment delivered by this Court on 14.09.2017 by which this Court had directed respondent Nos.1, 2 & 3 in Criminal Appeal No. 805 of 2008 to surrender before the trial Court within a period of six weeks and in case of failure to surrender, the trial Court to take appropriate action. Learned counsel informs that they have already approached to Apex Court by challenging the Judgment and the proceedings are filed before the Apex Court on 24.10.2017.

In view of the aforesaid exigency, time to surrender is extended by two weeks.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
