The Applicant has filed this Application for condonation of delay of 48 days in filing the present application and for restoration of CA/3550/2019 and CA/3551/2019 which were dismissed against unserved Respondent No.1 vide order dated 14/09/2022. 2.

Having considered the reasons stated in the Application, which in my considered view, constitute sufficient grounds, delay is condoned. Order dated 14/09/2022 stands recalled. CA/3550/2019 and CA/3551/2019 stands restored to file as against Respondent No.1. 4.
