By this petition filed under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, the petitioner seeks appointment of a Sole Arbitrator in terms of the arbitration clause incorporated in the Deed of Partnership dated 2 nd June, 2018. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and respondents today submit that they are willing to refer all disputes and differences between them before the sole arbitration of Justice M.G. Gaikwad (Retired). They have tendered a joint purshis signed by the respective Advocates to that effect.

2. In view thereof, Justice M.G. Gaikwad (Retired) Former Judge of the Bombay High Court is appointed as sole Arbitrator. The learned Sole Arbitrator is requested to forward the necessary statement of disclosure under Section 11(8) read with Section 12(1) of the Arbitration Act to the "Registrar (Judicial-I) of this Court at his earliest convenience before entering upon the reference to arbitration. Copies will be given to both sides.

3. The Arbitrator is requested to convene a meeting preferably before 15 th February, 2021.
