The application is moved for condonation of delay of 140 days in filing the appeal. The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the appellant has initially filed the appeal in the Court of District Judge, Ratnagiri. On objection, he was advised to file the appeal before this Court. Thereafter, he contacted the Counsel and filed the appeal and hence, this delay.

The learned Counsel for the respondent Nos.2 to 7 has opposed the application. In view of the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the applicant and the reasons given in the application, the delay of 140 days is condoned. Appeal to be numbered.
