The Petitioner alleges breach of the orders dated 11th August 2022 and 17th August 2022. The representation was not decided within the time stipulated. Shri Vijay Patil appearing on behalf of Respondent No. 2 submits that there was some delay in deciding the representation but now the representation has been decided by the 8th May 2024

18-ASCP-463-2023.DOC order dated 31st October 2023. A copy of the order has been handed over to the learned Counsel for the Petitioner. The Petitioner may seek his remedies against the order dated 31st October 2023 in accordance with law. In the facts of this case, we deem it appropriate to extend the time granted by this Court to decide the representation till 31st October 2023.
