These matters arise out of cross FIR and parties are jointly requesting for quashing the same. All parties are present with their respective Advocates. 2.

We find that parties are residing in same society and out of functioning of society dispute has arisen. Parties have tendered separate affidavits in writ petition and also the statements. Such affidavits are also filed in Criminal Application No.1456/2019.

Respective counsel have informed that the parties are ready to deposit costs and they will not indulge in such incident in future. Learned APP submits time of police machinery and public money has been lost in the matter. - Page-1/2

As the parties do not have any criminal antecedents, we are inclined to intervene in the matter, subject to each applicant/private party paying an amount of Rs.15,000/- as costs to Police Welfare Fund and amount of Rs.10,000/- to Juvenile Justice Fund within four weeks from today, we make the rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (a) in both the matters.
