This civil application is for restoration of the Civil Revision Application which was dismissed for default pursuant to an order dated 14.10.2013.

In view of the explanation given in paragraph-4 of the application, the counsel for the respondent very graciously did not raise any objection to the court granting the relief as sought in the Civil application.

In view thereof, for reasons mentioned in the Civil Application, order in terms of prayer clause-(a) is granted. Civil Application accordingly stands disposed.
