Learned APP Mr.Patil, in furtherance of the order dated 15/10/2019, makes a statement that the the injury suffered by Dilip Patekar is a simple injury.

The applicant is already admitted to the interim protection by order dated 15/10/2019. The interim protection deserves to be confrmed, since the complainant and Rajesh Singh, both had sustained simple injuries. The applicant has co-operated with the investigation. Learned APP further states that the charge-sheet has been fled in the concerned C.R..
