The grievance of the petitioner is application preferred by him in Court of 66th Metropolitan Magistrate, Andheri Mumbai is still pending without any orders.

Learned APP is seeking time to verify facts.

We need not delve into the facts at this stage. If application under section 156 (3) is pending for over three years, definitely direction to that Court to pass orders is necessary. Hence, keeping all contentions open we direct that Court to take suitable steps in respect of application under section 156(3) of Cr.P.C., if it is still pending, within 2 months from
