Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the present case, the Civil Application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (b).

The registry to permit the applicants to withdraw the amount of Rs. 1,35,000/- deposited in this Court together with interest, if any, that may be accrued. Considering that this is a case of maintenance, the registry to ensure that the amount is paid to the applicants before the on set of Cristmas Vacation. 4.

All concerned to act upon the authenticated copy of this order.

Place the Writ Petition No. 99/2016 for admission on 21.01.2019.
