He has been sentenced in Sessions Case No.37 of 2014 on 29th October 2015 and Criminal Appeal No.433 of 2016 filed by him is stated to be pending in this letter only. He was arrested on 5th May 2014. Grievance of present nature can be examined in appeal. We therefore dispose of present proceedings.
