. The Petitioners are Mathadi workers, who claim and allege that their wages have not been paid in accordance with the promises that had been extended to them by Respondent Nos. 2 and 3. 2.

Learned Counsel for Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 namely the Railway Goods Clearing & Forwarding Board as also the Grocery Market & Shop Board would examine the claims of the Petitioners and take steps to recover and pay to the Petitioners in case upon R.V. Patil

42 WP.473.2023 AS.doc inquiry it is found that anything which was due and payable to the Petitioners by the principal employer had not been so paid. Learned Counsel for the Petitioners shall make an appropriate application expressing the grievances, preferably within a period of three weeks from today.
