The learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner, on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the Petition. He also would request that Regular Civil Suit Nos. 59 of 2015 and 61 of 2015 be decided uninfluenced by the impugned orders which are subject matter of challenge in the present Writ Petition.

The Trial Court shall not be influenced by any of the observations made in the impugned orders while deciding the Regular Civil Suit Nos.59 of 2015 and 61 of 2015. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn.
