The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that during pendency of Writ Petition, Petitioner No.1 is expired. The Petitioner Nos.2, 3 and 4 are the legal heirs of Petitioner No.1. Their names are already on record. Hence, name of Petitioner No.1 be deleted from the title clause of Writ Petition. 3.

Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the Applicant and the reasons mentioned in the Application, the Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and
