The contention of the applicant is that, his submissions pertaining to his defence in the trial have not been taken into consideration by the Trial Court.

2] The learned APP on instructions submitted that the co-accused in the said case has filed an application for bail and the same is scheduled for hearing on 3rd May 2018.

3] As the contention of the applicant in the present application is pertaining to his defence in the said trial, it would be to preposterous to adjudicate and decide at this stage.

4] In view thereof, there are no merits in the application and the same is accordingly rejected.
