This is an application received through Jail for expediting the trial of the applicant bearing Sessions Case No. No.339/2016 pending on the file of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Borivali Division, Dindoshi, Mumbai. It is stated that the applicant is arrested in the present case on 30.5.2016 and since then he is in Jail.

In view of the above, the learned Sessions Judge seized of the said case is hereby requested to to make an endeavor to expedite the trial pertaining to Sessions Case No.339/2016. 3.
