The matrimonial discord between Respondent no. 3 on the one hand and other petitioners on the other hand is amicably resolved and the consent terms have been already recorded by the Family Court In MJ Petition No. A-2180/2018. The same were also recorded by the Metropolitan Magistrate, Andheri in Criminal Case No. 268/DV/2018.

In the affidavit tendered today, respondent no.3 has again given her no objection and also stated that she agrees to the nilegaonkar 1/2
