We have heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner the learned A.G.P. and the learned Counsel for the School Board / Respondent no.2. The order impugned does not decide the proposal finally. Same is only kept in abeyance.

In light of that, it would be appropriate for the authority to decide the proposal finally. Respondent no.2 shall decide the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the Petitioner (that was kept in abeyance) on its own merits within four months from today.
