2] Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3] For challenging the impugned order/impugned notice issued by the Tahsildar, the petitioner has already filed a Suit. Moreover statutory remedies are available to the petitioner for challenging the impugned order of Tahsildar, which seems to have been passed in exercise of powers under Section 50 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966. In view of the availability of the statutory remedies as well as the remedy already availed, we decline to entertain this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The petition is disposed of. All contentions on merits are kept open.
