The Petitioner has challenged the order dated 01/10/2019 passed by the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Zone - IX, Mumbai, externing him outside the limits of Mumbai city and Mumbai suburban districts for a period of six months. The record does not show that any stay was granted to this order. The period of externment is already over. Therefore, nothing further survives in this petition. The petition has become infructuous. Therefore, it is disposed of as such.
