Hence, civil application is disposed of by passing the following order:

(I) There will be interim relief in terms of prayer clause (b) subject to condition of the applicant depositing entire compensation amount in terms of impugned Judgment and Award with the Reference Court within a period of

(II) If the amount is not deposited within stipulated time, stay shall stand vacated without further reference to the Court;

(III) It will be open for the original claimants to withdraw the amount on furnishing adequate security to the satisfaction of the Reference Court;

(IV) Before accepting the security, the Reference Court shall hear the applicant-State of Maharashtra.
