This is an application seeking protection from arrest in respect to the offence registered with Sadar Gurgaon Police Station, District - Gurugram, Haryana. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant is a resident of Mumbai. It is further submitted that the complaint alleges transaction in respect to the sell of flat which is situated at Khar, Mumbai. It is also alleged that in the year 2016, the complainant had made a payment in cash towards consideration for purchase of the flat. rpa 2/3 39-aba-2077-18.doc under Sections 120-B, 406, 420 and 506 of Indian Penal Code. In the circumstances, protection, as prayed for by the applicant can be granted for a period of three weeks.

Hence, I pass the following order:

:: O R D E R ::

(i) In the event of arrest of the applicant, in connection with C.R.No.0691of 2018, registered with Sadar Gurgaon Police Station, District - Gurugram, Haryana, he may be released on bail on his furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/-, with one or more sureties in the like amount;

(ii) This protection is granted for a period of three weeks from today to enable the applicant to approach appropriate Court for seeking appropriate reliefs.

(iii) Anticipatory Bail Application No.2077 of 2018, stands disposed of;
