The above Civil Application has been filed for interim stay to the award passed by the Reference Court. The Applicant / Appellant has deposited the entire decreetal amount of Rs.85,40,413/-. In my view, since the amount has already been deposited, it would be just and proper to stay the award passed by the Reference Court. The Civil Application is accordingly allowed in terms of prayer clause (b). The Claimants would be at liberty to file an application for withdrawal of the said amount. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
