Petitioner is present with his advocate. Respondent No.2 is present with his advocate. Respondent No.2 has given affidavit of no objection.

Alleged offences are under section 341, 324, 504 r/w 34 of IPC against the present petitioner and three other persons. 3.

Only one person has approached this Court. Other accused Nitin Kamble has been released on bail. Two other accused persons are still being traced out.

Learned APP has produced before Court report dated 5/2/2020 signed by API, Byculla Police Station, Mumbai pointing out 5 other offences allegedly committed by the present petitioner. There are two

In this situation, we are not inclined to intervene in extraordinary jurisdiction.

We leave all contentions of petitioner open and with liberty to raise it at appropriate juncture before trial Court, dispose of the present petition.
