A statemente also comes from the Investigating Officer to the effect that he do not want the custody of the present applicant and he shall remain present before the concerned Magistrate at Andheri, before whom the charge-sheet is likely to be filed tomorrow.

By continuing the protection in favour of the applicant till 2nd September 2021, Application is disposed of. It is made clear that from 2nd September 2021 onwards, the applicant shall be subjected to the orders passed by the concerned Magistrate.

In view of the disposal of Anticipatory Bail Application, Interim Application No. 279/2020 stands disposed of.
