Heard learned counsel for the applicants by way of present Appeal.

The appellant is challenging the Judgment and Award dated 28/10/2014 passed by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Alibag-Raigad in L.A.R. No. 624 of 2000 (Old L.A.R. No. 270/1990) and seeking stay till hearing and fnal disposal of the present Appeal. Stay in terms of prayer clause (b) subject to appellant depositing the entire amount of Award within 12 weeks from today failing which the said Award will be executable. In view of above, Civil Application No. 4007 of 2015 stands disposed of.
