1] The only prayer made in this petition is to direct the respondent No.5 - Tribunal to consider and decide petitioner's application dated 24th October 2016 pending in petitioner's appeal No.10 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible.

2] Having considered the submissions made by the learned Counsel for parties, we dispose of the petition by directing the respondent No.5 - Tribunal to consider and take appropriate

Parties to appear before the Tribunal on 13th November 2017.
