Since the present application is filed being aggrieved by the order dated 7/11/2022 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Thane, issuing notice and the main bail application is pending before the said court, I am not inclined to entertain the present application.

The learned Judge shall however decide the grant of interim relief on the next date of hearing after hearing both the sides.
