Perused the order dated 17/10/2019. The Applicant is arraigned as an accused in C.R. No.I-22 of 2019 though his name does not appear in the FIR. There is also a cross-CR registered vide C.R. No.25 of 2019. The said order records that though the allegations are that the Complainant was assaulted by chopper and iron rod, the injuries are simple. In the wake of the said observations, the Applicant was admitted to interim AJN

The observations made in the order dated 17/10/2019 are based on the merits of the matter entitling the Applicant adinterim protection. The said order is made absolute subject to the further stipulation that the Applicant shall co-operate with the investigation as and when called for.
