This is application for transit anticipatory bail for a period of 6 weeks in order to secure liberty of both applicants in the event of their arrest in Crime No.1056 of 2017 registered with Madhapur Police Station Cyberabad in Telangana State.

Heard the learned advocate appearing for the applicants. He argued that in respect of another offence of Kavita Page 1 of 3

similar nature against both the applicants, this Court vide order dated 14th August 2017 in ABA No.1452 of 2017 is pleased to grant transit anticipatory bail to both the applicants. It is further argued that similar 19 offences have been stated by the Hon'ble Apex Court.

The learned APP fairly accept the fact that in similar offence this Court on 14th August 2017 was pleased to grant transit anticipatory bail to both the applicants and submit that some course of action may be adopted.

In this view of the matter, in the light of order dated 14th August 2017 passed in anticipatory bail application No.1452 of 2017 by this Court, the following order:-

ORDER

I) In the event of their arrest in Crime No.1056 of 2017 registered with Madhapur Police Station Cyberabad in Telangana State, the applicants be enlarged on transit anticipatory bail for a period of four weeks from today on Kavita Page 2 of 3

executing PR bond of Rs.25,000/-with one or two sureties in the like amount by each of the applicant.

During this period, the applicants shall approach the appropriate Court and seek necessary orders.

It is made clear, that this Court has not considered the application on merits.

The application is disposed of.

8.

All concerned to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
